Frequently Asked Questions
What should I know for my 1st ride?
First thing you should know: WE ARE SO STOKED TO SEE YOU. Second thing: Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of class. We need time to get your shoes and bike fitted and show you around. Unfortunately, 1st time riders are not allowed to enter class after it has begun. You should wear comfortable workout gear (sequins are acceptable), and bring a water (or buy one at the studio!), and a take-no-prisoners attitude.
I can’t wait to ride! When is the schedule opened for class reservations?
Ready, set, RIDE! Each Monday (even holidays) at 1:00pm, the schedules open up for Tuesday thru Monday. Once the schedule is open, pick your bike for the session/class/experience you want. Clique fast – you don’t want to lose your spot. Book here [link to BUY CLASSES] or by calling the studio at [waiting for phone number].
What do I do if the class I want is full?
First, dry your eyes – liquid can damage your keyboard. Second, take hope! You will automatically be placed on the Wait List. As bikes become available, so do your opportunities. The order of the The Wait List is the order in which you signed up. Want to know where you are on the list? Call the CliqueConcierge.
When someone drops out of the class, their loss is your gain. The studio will give you a call/text/email on your provided number. Just be sure to check the volume of your scream of joy – people might think you’re kinda crazy. Unless you’re wearing your Clique Cycle shirt, in which case, don’t worry. Everyone will understand.
Am I charged a class if I am placed on the Wait List?
Yes, but if you don’t get into class we add the class back to your account. Grief counseling is also available.
What’s your check-in policy?
We know rock stars are always fashionably late to the stage, but the bikes are ready, your spotlight is on, and the crowd is chanting. Please arrive at least 7 minutes prior to the start of class. If you are going to arrive fewer than 7 minutes before class, please call us to hold your bike. At 5 minutes before class starts, any bike that hasn’t been claimed will go to the riders on the Wait List and walk-ins.
Once the beat drops, after 5 minutes, your CliqueConcierge will turn into a bouncer. Sorry, we don’t allow entry to the room after 5 minutes into class. The energy of the room can power Little Rock for a week, and we don’t want any escaping.
Do I have to reserve a class ahead of time?
You really like to live dangerously, don’t you? We’re thrill lovers, too, so we respect that. You’re welcome to walk in without a reservation, and if there’s a bike for you, it’s all yours. And even if the class registration is full, we release all unclaimed bikes five minutes before class. You don’t need to stay up all night to get lucky.
